Here we are with another OUI exclusive, in collaboration with Anju Modi, in whom we have found a partner in ways more than many.
This time, we bring to you the vibrant Manganiyaar kids straight from Barmer. A professional singing community in Rajasthan, they have kept the beautiful Jajmaani tradition alive for generations, singing for their patron Rajput families. An art form as rare and pure as the weaves Anju brings to life.
Rajasthan holds a special place in Anju’s heart, as this rich tapestry serves as the biggest inspiration for her canvas, the colors she adores, the indigenous art forms she cherishes, and the way of life she deeply respects.
